Sponge cakes, buttercream and ganache are all made fresh to order. Sponges will usually be 3 or 4 layers and a minimum of 4.5” deep finished, unless otherwise agreed.
Rich Fruit
Rich fruit cakes are made in advance to allow time to mature, approx 3.5” deep.
Rich Fruit cakes will be covered with a layer of almond paste/marzipan
and a thin layer of either sugar paste or royal icing. Rich fruit cakes are at additional cost - please ask for a quote.
